Presenter Information:
Dr. Carol Jones
Dr. Carol Jones, with 34 years in the food industry, is a member of the Food & Beverage division and serves as Manager of the Quality Action Team at AFCO/Zep. She received her Ph.D. from University of Missouri in Food Science and M.S. in Food Technology from The University of Tennessee. She worked previously with The University of Tennessee Dairy Extension program, Seaboard Farms Pork Processor, QSI Contract Sanitation, ZEE Chemicals, R-Square Products, AFCO, and now with AFCO/Zep. Dr. Carol performs training presentations, auditing, bio-mapping, and problem-solving for all things related to Food Safety, Sanitation, and Micro for customers at the processing plant.
