Overview

The FDA is establishing additional traceability requirements on November 7th - Is your food business prepared? Ruth Petran is a Senior Food Safety Advisor at The Acheson Group and Ruth Petran Consulting, and she will address the concerns of Ontario food producers
who will be affected by these additional requirements.

The webinar will include a discussion of the Food Traceability List (FTL) and how to know if your foods are subject to the rule; the requirements for Key Data Elements (KDEs) and Critical Tracking Events (CTEs) – what these are and how to assess them; and other
