With sponsorship, your corporate name will be included throughout the event.

Sponsorship includes one registration to event plus one exhibit table with one wireless internet connection.

All additional participants attending event need to pay full-day member registration. All registrants are entitled to participate in the various sessions as well as enjoy the meals, and nutrition breaks.

Tradeshow Table

You may display your company products or services on a 3’ by 8’ table. The trade show is available for the full day, in the same area as the presentations. The purchase of a table includes one registration. Additional participants attending event need to pay full-day member registration. All registrants are entitled to participate in the various sessions as well as enjoy the meals, and nutrition breaks.

 

Because of the size of the room, the number of tables is limited to 30. This is on a first come first serve basis with your paid registration or sponsorship. Any company that has not requested a table will have to wait until all the registered companies are set up before claiming a table. At that time, there is a possibility that there will not be any tables available. The tradeshow room has 5 electrical outlets available (SOLD OUT). Power cannot be provided to all displays. Positioning for tables are prioritized in this order of Sponsors – Diamond, then Platinum and then Gold & Silver on a first come first serve basis. Prior to set-up, please pick up your trade show registration confirmation from the main registration desk.

 

Each tradeshow table will include one wireless internet connection.

Door Prizes

Donated products and services will be displayed on the prize tables and when the prize is awarded the company will be formally identified. Please attach a business card or a label that is large enough for easy reading.

Loot Bags

As part of our 60th anniversary, the OFPA wants to provide the participants with an extra special loot bag. Items might include pens, candy, lanyards, etc. 150 of each item are needed. Your company logo can be displayed on the items. Silent Auction

OFPA will hold a silent auction on November 22, to celebrate our 60th anniversary. Any donations to our silent auction are greatly appreciated and your company name will be displayed next to the donation on the auction table.
