**HAS BEEN CANCELLED**
As a result of the COVID – 19 Pandemic, there have been numerous precautionary measures being implemented and several companies have prohibited non-essential activities and limited participation in various events. In addition, other similar events like ours have already been canceled and many of our attendees have withdrawn their registrations.
After these considerations and with concern for the safety of our members, partners, speakers, and colleagues, the Ontario Food Protection Association (OFPA) Board of Directors has decided to cancel our April 7th, 2020 Annual Spring Technical Meeting & Clive Kingsbury Poster Competition.
Where possible, the OFPA will move the April agenda items to our Fall Food Safety Symposium & Annual General Meeting that is scheduled for November 19, 2020.
OFPA will be issuing refunds over the next several days.

Student Member with Valid Student ID - $48
Student Non-Member (includes Student Membership 2020) -$71
8-FOOT BOOTH SPACE with ONE 5-FOOT TABLE with LINEN (includes one event registration) - $500

Sponsorship includes one event registration plus one 8-foot booth space with one 5-foot table with linen

PLEASE NOTE: All additional participants wishing to attend this event must pay a full-day member registration. All registrants are entitled to participate in the various sessions as well as enjoy the meals, and nutrition breaks.
You may display your company products or services in an 8-foot exhibit space with a 5-foot table with linen. The trade show is available for the full day, in the same room as the presentations. The purchase of booth space with a table includes one event registration.
**All additional participants wishing to attend this event must pay a full-day member registration. All registrants are entitled to participate in the various sessions as well as enjoy the meals, and nutrition breaks.
Because of the size of the room, the number of tables is limited to 20. This is on a first come first serve basis with your paid registration or sponsorship. Any company that has not requested a table will have to wait until all the registered companies are set up before claiming a table. At that time, there is a possibility that there will not be any tables available.
Positioning for tables are prioritized in the following order of Sponsorship – Diamond, then Platinum and then Gold & Silver on a first come first serve basis. Prior to set-up, please pick up your trade show registration confirmation from the main registration desk.
Donated products and services will be displayed on the prize table and when the prize is awarded the company will be formally identified. Please attach a business card or a label that is large enough for easy reading.
