Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
Standard operating procedures are created as sets of instructions for individual tasks assigned. The purpose of the SOPs is to assist the directors to execute their duties in a manner that achieves efficient and consistent performance. The SOPs are also a communication and training tool for new directors.
Email Subject Header Etiquette
This procedure applies to all OFPA board members and applies to all e-mails sent by board members.
This SOP applies to the chairperson of the Finance committee which is usually led by the Treasurer and involves the OFPA Administrator.
This procedure applies to the Chairperson who is responsible to lead the Partnership committee.
This procedure applies to the Scholarship Committee chairperson and the members of the committee.
Silent Auction SOP
This procedure applies to the chairperson of the silent auction who is responsible to lead the silent auction at the OFPA event as assigned.
This SOP provides guidance to the Scholarship chairperson to run the scholarship committee.
Website Chairs & Website Committee SOP
The purpose of this SOP is to ensure that the OFPA website is maintained and checked for consistency and accuracy (Website QA).
