Rethinking HACCP
Let’s face it, HACCP hasn’t quite delivered on its promise to keep food as safe as we’d like. Too many recalls, too much confusion, and too few systems that actually work on the floor. So, what’s really going on? Is HACCP the wrong strategy, or are we just applying it in the wrong way? Can we fix it, or is it time to evolve beyond HACCP altogether?Join our panel for “HACCP: Broken, Misused, or Misunderstood?” a frank, practical discussion about what’s gone wrong and what can be done about it.This cracker jack panel will tackle the hard questions:

  • Why HACCP feels so complicated (and how to make it simpler)?
  • What are we missing?
  • How to make HACCP relevant to keeping your actual products and processes safe?
  • Do we new approach to managing food safety?

This isn’t another theory session. It’s a conversation about what’s real, what’s possible, and how to make HACCP work for you, not the other way around.
